Prescriptions

If you need a prescription refill, please use the following guidelines to enable us to process your request in a timely manner.

What to do:

When you get the voice message, leave the following information:

  • Your name
  • Phone number where you can be reached
  • The medication and dosage you are requesting
  • The name of your pharmacy

We will call you when the medication either has been called in or the prescription is ready to be picked up.

Things to remember:

  • Plan ahead for your medication refills as they will only be filled and picked up during normal business hours. 
  • Prescriptions for Schedule II drugs (narcotics) cannot be called into a pharmacy and must be picked up at Monadnock Orthopaedic Associates.
  • If you have not been seen by one of our providers within the last three months, you will need to a follow-up appointment in our office before we can refill your prescription, as your condition may have changed since your last visit.
